As the cocktail industry grows rapidly and widens to a bigger audience, innovative bars and bartenders have seized the opportunity to be inclusive and make cocktails that cater to the non-alcoholic crowd — whether designated drivers, expecting mothers, or those staying sober, low ABV (alcohol by volume) and non-alcoholic cocktails have increasingly become a staple in many cocktail bar menus.

Join us for this PCW2024 Masterclass session with Tracia Chan, proprietor of multiple cocktail and coffee establishments including Dissolved Solids, Beca Tea, Soluble Solids, and Equilibrium Bn, as we learn about non-alcoholic and low ABV cocktails and how it can change the way we perceive drinking.

Entry to this masterclass session is free but ticketed and subject to seating availability.
