A pioneer in the modern Singapore bartending industry as the Founding Bartender and Co-Owner of the legendary 28 HongKong Street, Michael Callahan spearheaded the emergence of Singapore as a world-class cocktail capital with Proof & Co., and extended his bartending magic across Asia through various consulting projects with the company. Today, Michael is a leading global consultant who pioneered the application of H.F.E. sciences (human-factors engineering a.k.a. ergonomics) in F&B programmes and bar development through his company, The Compound Collective.

Join us for this incredible PCW2024 Masterclass session on "H.F.E. — Mapping for Mindful Movements" with Michael Callahan as we learn about bar ergonomics for efficiency, and how we can increase bar productivity with less resources in an industry where staffing talent is increasingly hard to find.
