A master mixologist with a repertoire of bartending stints such as Head Bartender at Nightjar (#2 on the World's 50 Best Bars 2013) and Oriole in the UK and Co-Founder of Reply in Taipei and recently Shanghai, Luca Cinalli is a globetrotting bar hospitality consultant, bar owner, and bartending veteran with over 23 years of experience in the food and beverage industry across countries such as Italy, France, the UK, and in Asia.
